Merkur se je že obrnil in pričel svojo navidezno pot skozi znamenje rib. V ribah ima Merkur svoje dno, neugodno pozicijo. V retrogradni fazi še toliko bolj. Komunikacija vseh vrst je kaotična (ribe), prihaja do zmede in nerazumevanja v izmenjavi komunikacije. Vsem čemur Merkur vlada, je v tej fazi postavljeno na glavo.
