In the morning Mars entered its home sign, Scorpio. The planet of action and determination is back in his home terrain after traversing the Libra waters, which he wasn’t too keen on. Mars in Scorpio is passionate, intense, feisty and also mysterious while enthusiastically digging into the unconscious parts of our psyche. In Scorpio, our intimate relationships fall under scrutiny; how deep and deep are our emotions? It teaches us vulnerability in relationships; it’s ok to be yourself, warts and all. When masks on the surface fall off, Scorpio reveals the depths of our soul, what we hide, bury and what is hard to admit; our dark corners within ourselves. Nevertheless, the beauty of Scorpio does not lie on the bottom of the oceans, but can re-emerge to the surface. Like a catharsis, we are re-born and live once again empowered and enriched. The Rumi saying: “the wound is the place where light enters you”, could not be more eloquent for Scorpio.

Mars danes stopi v škorpijona, svoj domači teritorij. Planet akcije in odločnosti ponovno blesti na področju, kjer je najbolj intenziven, strasten, borberen, pa tudi skrivnosten, ko z užitkom globlje v predele nezavednega. V znamenju škorpijona mars prevetri naša razmerja, še posebno intimna razmerja; koliko globine, čustev se skriva za zaprtimi vrati. Mars v škorpijonu nas uči ranljivosti v medsebojnem odnosu. Ko maske na površini odpadejo, škorpijon odpre oči v globino naše duše, vse kar skrivamo, prekrivamo in kar nam je težko priznati, naše temne pege. Vendar lepota škorpijona ni v tej temačni globini psihe, temveč v zmožnosti, da v vsej svoji bolečini priplavamo ojačani, močnejši na površje, kot katarza se ponovno rodimo in zaživimo. Citat Rumi-ja: “ rana je kraj, kjer se nas dotakne svetloba”, najbolj subtilno in zgovorno povzame lastnosti škorpijona.
