Modra luna in vsi sveti

Danes se dovrši še ena polna luna v oktobru. Kadar imamo dve polni luni v mesecu, pravimo drugi luni tudi modra luna. Ta je še izjemno močna, saj poleg tega, da je izrazito Uranska, sovpada s posebnim datumom, 31.10., ko so v starem keltskem izročilu, praznovali konec starega leta, ter se zahvaljevali za ves pridelek, ki ga je izročila mati Zemlja. Kelti so tudi verjeli, da ima ta dan bolj subtilen pomen.

Halloween Blue Moon

We are wrapping up the month of October with another full moon (first one was at the beginning of the month). When two full moons emerge within a calendar month, we call the second moon a Blue Moon.

Today marks a unique transit of Mercury directly in front of the Sun. From an astrology perspective, Mercury retrograde makes an inferior conjunction, Mercury heralding its new cycle.
This particular daytime event won’t be seen again until 2032.
